Climate Change Battery Tech

One of the areas that could do with a large number of development %s is renewable climate change battery technology.

Currently, a lot of energy grids are being set up with renewables being “the first source to use” from the energy grid mix, with non-renewables as backup energy sources (until batteries last longer).

But the more development %s for batteries there are, the sooner that the wealthier countries can make prices cheaper and cheaper (advocacy counts too).

However, not all renewables are the same. If you look at the following link, some renewables like hydropower, compressed storage and hydrogen have much longer energy storages, and there are a large different types of storage options:

It is possible that energy might be pulled in from different locations, so the energy grid is wider. Or that batteries are made of more commonly found earth elements, are more environmentally friendly to dispose, or can be safely stored away after they are finished with.

What are ways to interact with the information above?
